MetaLaunch hosted an enriching AMA with Wizardia’s incredible team: ‘Founder and CEO’ of Wizardia and Eligijus(@eligutis) DOP of Wizardia.

Wizardia is an upcoming elite Play-to-Earn online role-playing strategy game with unique NFTs at its core.

MetaLaunch is hosting their private IGO : Feb 22, 2022 |11am UTC.

The questions were divided into three sections, beginning with an introduction about the project and the team. It was followed by five top questions from Twitter. We wrapped up the AMA with the final and most exciting round, where five questions were selected from the live Telegram audience.

Today, we have Mindaugas(@MindMark), ‘Founder and CEO’ of Wizardia and Eligijus(@eligutis) DOP of Wizardia with us for the AMA session.

The first part of the AMA will be devoted to questions that will help us get to know the “Wizardia” better.

In the second part of the AMA, we will be asking Twitter Questions that we collected from our Twitter community.

The third part is an open floor for the community to ask questions!

Let’s start off with a basic introduction!

Q1.We would love to listen to a little bit about yourself, your journey so far as a founder of Wizardia and also Eligijus as a Director of Partnership (DOP), and a short summary of Wizardia in your words.

Mindaugas intro

I’m Mindaugas or Mind in short, the CEO of Wizardia. Firstly, I love games in general. Sports games, computer games, board games etc. Everything is a game when you think about it isn’t it? :)

But on a more professional side I’m an Entrepreneur, team leader, crypto investor. I’ve been gaming/working on games all my life and Wizardia is the passion project I’ve been looking for for a long time.

Eligijus intro

I’m Eligijus, the director of partnerships in Wizardia. I have over 7 years experience in SaaS development, game development and project management. I’m responsible for growing Wizardia’s global presence by identifying and securing new working partnerships.

a focus on immersive spell discovery, and a highly rewarding crafting system.

Wizardia’s cutting-edge art style is a unique mix of Dark Fantasy and Sci-fi.

Combat is an ever-evolving part of Wizardia where players have to constantly adapt to the changes in the battlefield. There could only be one victor so the stakes are high.

Q2. That is quite the journey. Appreciate the thought and vision behind Wizardia

Wizardia is a Play to Earn Game so how can people generate income by playing as well as without playing? Can you please explain in-depth?

There are many ways to earn in Wizardia.

The first one is our Arena Genesis NFT! If you have the arena Genesis NFT, you earn passive income based on how many players there are in wizardia. The more active players the more revenue.

Others will be able to earn by playing in the arena, completing daily tasks and quests, fighting in PVE battles, crafting artefacts, discovering new spells and selling or renting them.

Players and investors can earn from Wizardia:

Investors mainly resort to passive income from Genesis NFTs or holding valuable in-game NFTs and selling them to other players or investors.
On top of the investor income sources players can earn from in-game interactions.
Mechanism: There are 2 distinct types of transactions in the game
Player to player
Battle other players in the Arena and win wagers as well as acquire resources (needed for Wizard upgrades and other game interactions) that can be sold to other players
Craft valuable consumables/Artifacts/Abilities in the form of NFTs and sell them to other players
Players who invest effort into upgrading their Wizards and are lucky enough to roll powerful stats, abilities and rarity can later sell them to other players or use them for more efficient resource grind and/or winning PvP battles and/or rent to other players if unused
Other NFT items (including Genesis NFTs) found in the game or purchased as a limited time offer gain value (because of their in-game uses, unique art, passive income or rarity) and can be sold to other players
Player to vault to player
Arena Genesis NFTs — earn passive income from an in-game Arena that collects small fees for facilitating PvP battles and any other transactions taking place
Other in-game institution genesis NFTs as the game develops (e.g. in-game bank) — passive income from institutions/NPCs providing in-game utility and collecting fees
Participate in Tournaments to win in-game currency and/or $WZRD and/or valuable NFTs

Q3: Fascinating, Your project ticks so many boxes. Can you please tell our community about the development and when can we expect the game to release on Mainnet? Any Road Map to 2022 ahead?

Let us give you the full roadmap of our game

Alpha version will be released in around 4 weeks. We are currently working with a couple of production houses currently under NDA. When the NDA period ends we will share some gameplay footage and then release the demo for all to try.

A beta version with NFT integration will be ready within 2–3 months from now. You will be able to use your NFT and finally battle in the arena of Wizardia. PVP and PVE battle modes will be available!

The full game with glorious integration of AR will be ready by the end of the year! People often ask us — what is the AR going to be like? We like to imagine it like Pokemon go on STEROIDS just with wizards, magic and the next level artwork :)

I think that wraps up the first part of the AMA, so let’s move to the next section of our AMA, time to ask some of the questions asked by our Twitter community!

Without further ado, let’s jump into it!

Q1: So, the first question is from the Twitter user with the username :Opportunities for new users & Gamers are huge to earn in this gaming market,But One main Problem they all have that With so much option of games,They don’t know what to choose & Play,What quality & features they should look in to a game before playing it?

That’s a good question! First of all I think what distinguishes good games from bad ones — the community. With a good community all games can be really enjoyable and addicting.

Secondly I think people should be looking for a game with a great story, and more importantly — gameplay. The game should be unsolvable, unpredictable and based on skill.

Finally as we are in the P2E area, I think people should look for games that are play to earn, not play to click. The game should be enjoyable and involving.

And that’s what Wizardias` team is striving for!

Q2:Next up we have @AndyToshi_cryp and his question is: There are many AR games on the market that integrate with existing mobile games with a tactical RPG that incorporates augmented reality and has a strong emphasis on exploration. Why is Wizardia NFT so special?

AR is quite fresh in our minds and we are constantly researching what is the best way to go about It, but one thing we know for sure — Wizardia will be PokemonGo on steroids. :)

We see AR as an equal part to other game modes we are introducing but these would be our main goals that we are working on with AR:

In our plans we have interaction with a real world map.
AR map based quests with AR unique rewards.
Interaction real world objects and buildings.
AR PVP battles
Integration with fitness apps. Once you achieve goals, you get rewards in Wizardia

Q3: @komando911’s next question is: I read that the NFT collectibles in Wizardia would be the Wizards, Protospells, and Realm Wonders. Can you further explain to us about each of these NFTs, the roles they play in the game, and the benefits of owning them?

Initial NFTs

Wizardia’s economy is based on NFT’s, having both passive and active aspects.

The passive aspect is the Arena Genesis NFT(formerly introduced as Realm Wonder):

Like tickets at a sporting event — Entry fees are collected with every battle and tournament.

with most of the proceeds going to Arena Genesis NFT holders.

and the active aspect — Wizard NFT which is the foundation of gameplay. Wizards have rarities, affinities and attributes that set them apart and provide the base for our gameplay logic.

Future NFTs

Protospells — they will be introduced with the “base building” game mode.
Protospells are the original magic of Wizardia, and are the core of the whole game concept.

They are like a blueprint of all things magical, and allow you to craft magic with abilities like:

controlling elements
manipulating reality
summoning allies

Many other in game mechanics will be available in the form of Protospell NFT.

This NFT can be minted within the game and kept to yourself for the power they provide or can be shared with other players for passive income. It’s a dilemma between Power and Wealth.

Also they can be sold to other players for instant profit.

Q4: @moonboy_jack9’s interesting question is : I read that each Wizardia player will have their own special magic, which will help them define their own personal playstyle as they progress through the game. So how can the game accommodate this custom special magic? What do you mean by this?

Each player’s special magic comes with the Wizards they choose to be using in the Arena. These unique combinations chosen by each player and how the player is able to synergise their wizards together is the interesting part.
Also the players will be able to add to the uniqueness by using their discovered Protospell NFTs and add to the unique build/setup of each wizard team component even more.A Protospell can be very rare.The player that discovers it can use it to unlock different new game mechanics for them to use. There might be a time when there is only 1 unique protospell, so that will give a lot of different opportunities for very different builds and strategies in the Arena.

Q5: @Sammy123vn’s question is :Having a good marketing plan is very important so I would like to know your strategies to attract new people to Wizardia? Do you plan to have alliances with several KOLs? How global will Wizardia be?

Lets answer one by one

The first one is about marketing:

Our market plan is quite simple. We are partnering up with the best games, best influencers to help grow Wizardia. Currently we have partners like Illuvium, SolChicks, UFOGaming and more!

Secondly KOLs:

We have made partnerships with a dozen of really good KOLs who are as excited about Wizardia as we are. They are introducing Wizardia in really creative ways we did not imagine and their communities are joining Wizardia too!

How global will Wizardia be ? It’s already global. We have people joining us from all around the world already so we already are global.

We have people joining us from all around the world already. When the game launches there will definitely be some stronger local communities, but the global factor is there and we strive to connect the gamefi space through Wizardia and make room for smaller communities also. 😊

We do not actually have an order as I believe everything is really connect. But If we build community trust It will lead to increasing token price which will lead to faster platform development and partnerships globally.

So community is probably the most important one and everything after that leads to everything else!

@lakahsggs question is :What’s your main focus right now, are you focused on the community or market/Exchange or the products?

Our Wizardias team is almost 40 people right now and we have different teams working on different things so the focus is on everything!

For example my team works on the community growth and well being.

Mindaugas main focus is launchpads and texchange.

Our development team is working hard on the actual Game.

Also all of us are working really closely so we know what’s happening everywhere and help if needed! 🧙‍♂️

We currently have only our English and Turkish communities, but once we grow more, we will create smaller communities for our Wizardians to communicate in their own language!

Next user’s question :Is your project only for elite investors, what about others with small funds, is it open to everyone?

Our project is indeed for everyone.

Users with small funds will be able to purchase our WZRD tokens in any amount they want — even small portions.

There will be different price levels for our Wizard NFTs so anyone will be able to buy them too and also increase their value within the game mechanics.

Our upcoming scholarship system will make room for every taste and wallet size — Investors will be able to hold more NFTs and casual players will be able to play the game and earn too. Everyone should be able to find a way how to enjoy Wizardia and how to earn from it. After all it is a play to earn game. 🧙
