The staking and tier model for private IMO works similar to public IMO on MetaLaunch. There are three tiers for participating in private IDOs on the launchpad, Meta Moon, Meta Sun and Meta galaxy..

Note that there is no guaranteed allocations for all tiers rather each Tier is hardcapped at its max allocation for the first round(Private) and there will be no community round.

A whitelisted person cannot purchase if the allocation is over. The Maximum cap is designed to enable most of the whitelisted participants to participate in the IMO.
